TIP: Watch out for the 'Deal Of A Lifetime'. When loooking for your mortgage , watch out for the deal that seems too good to be true. If you see that a few web sites are quoting much lower than average, ask: Why so? If you you can never speak to the same individual, or you have to wait 'on hold' for a long time, this speaks badly for the level of service you are likely to get.

General Consumer Tip:

e-mortgages are very complicated. The choices are mind-boggling and if you try to buy an e-mortgage on the Internet without seeking professional advice you could easily make the wrong choice. You could end up wasting thousands of pounds. Don't take the risk - speak to a professional e-mortgage advisor.

General Consumer Tip:

Sure, you can get products at lowww, low prices. But what corners were cut to get you that price? And what hidden fees might there be? There is a price point below which you'll be wasting your money, because you won't be getting the best that you deserve. If this is important to you, would you get the cheapest deal, or would you get the best product that you could afford? The best product is easy to find. Just go to one of those sites offering to compare 100, 200, or 2397 different marketers. The only drawback is they may sell your personal information on. You could end up get  fifteen calls over the next fortnight.
